Partial Dentures
A partial denture is a removable appliance replacing one or additional lost (or removed) original teeth. Take note that if you break your denture please do not try to fix your denture with standard adhesive like super glue from the hardware store (yes this actually does happen) . It can make rebuilding a broken or cracked denture more pricey if you try to repair your dentures at home.
Disinfecting Partial Dentures
We highly recommend to clean and brush your partial dentures after each meal as foods can settle beneath a partial denture which if left in time can inflame the gums. After eating most patients prefer to quickly rinse their partial denture and then wash more extensively in the evening including letting them soak through the night in denture cleansing solution.
